San Diego Hat Co. is a design-driven brand featuring a wide variety of fashionable and functional headwear and accessories for Women, Men and Children. Their core brand collections are updated season after season and include their signature ribbon line, stylish fedoras and floppies, cozy knits, and a colorful sun protection assortment. Pacific has had the honor of working side-by-side with SD HAT CO. as they grew from a small business into a global corporation right here in our backyard of Carlsbad, CA. We continue to work with them on lifestyle and product photography as the brand expands their online and social media presence.

The Partnership

With a diverse catalog spanning fashion-forward styles to everyday essentials, the brand needed updated photography that could support e-commerce, seasonal campaigns, and social storytelling.

Our Role

We led a multi-day photography production focused on capturing lifestyle and product imagery that felt effortless, modern, and approachable. From location scouting and casting to styling and direction, our team oversaw the full process to ensure the visuals aligned with the brand’s Southern California identity—sunny, relaxed, and confident. The shoot featured real environments and diverse talent to showcase the full range of the brand’s audience.
